Our SVQ Centre is an SQA-approved training provider dedicated to delivering high-quality Scottish Vocational Qualifications (SVQs) in Social Services and Healthcare. We cover from the Scottish Borders to Shetland and everywhere in-between.
We are a dedicated team of qualified assessors and internal verifiers committed to supporting individuals and organisations in the Social Services and Health Care sector.
We specialise in delivering Scottish Vocational Qualifications (SVQs) at Levels 2, 3, and 4, tailored to meet the needs of those working in a wide range of care settings. Whether you're beginning your career or looking to advance into senior or management roles, our qualifications provide the practical skills and recognised certification to support your journey.
What We Offer:

SVQ Level 2 in Social Services and Health Care – For support workers in care home/care at home services for adults

SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Health Care – People who are employed in the health and social care sector in a supervisory role.

SVQ Level 4 in Social Services and Health Care – People who are employed in the health and social care sector in a senior and/or management role.
Our SVQs in Social Services and Healthcare are designed to allow individuals to demonstrate their competence and develop practical, job-related skills relevant to their roles in the care sector.
In line with requirements set by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC), all staff working in social care are expected to hold or be actively working towards an accredited qualification.
We also offer the flexibility to undertake individual units from any of our SVQ programmes—ideal for those seeking to upskill in specific areas of practice.
